Boosted Technology, Inc.'s Terms, Conditions, and Disclaimers

PLEASE NOTE:
Throughout this page, Boosted Technology, Inc. will be identified as “BT,” “we,” “our,” or “us.”

CREDIT CARD ORDERS:
To minimize the possibility of fraudulent charges, all products ordered online with a credit card, must be shipped to the same address as the billing address for the credit card used. If the addresses are different and/or PayPal determines the shipping address is “Unconfirmed” (visit www.paypal.com for complete details), the credit card payment will be refunded and a different method of payment will have to be used (i.e. money order or check). This condition must be enforced to protect the owner of the credit card and us.

PRICING:
All prices are in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to discontinue products for any reason.

DELIVERY TIME:
Although we guarantee orders will ship from our warehouse within one through seven business days from the date ordered, we make much effort to ship within three business days from the date ordered. If for any reason products cannot ship within seven business days from the date ordered, we will notify you of the approximate shipping date and offer a complete refund.

FREIGHT AND SHIPPING CLAIMS:
All products are in pristine condition when they leave our shipping department and ship via United Parcel Service (UPS). ALL products are insured for full value and the responsibility for proper delivery is upon the carrier. Please inspect all parts immediately when you receive your order. Damages and evidence of tampering on the outer packaging must be noted on the delivery receipt of the driver. DAMAGES MUST BE REPORTED TO THE CARRIER WITHIN 48 HOURS of reception, no exceptions. To file your damage claim please contact the UPS claims department at 800-PICK-UPS (742-5877). DO NOT return damaged part(s) to us without prior authorization and an RMAN (see below).

RETURNS:
Firstly, you must obtain a Returned Merchandise Authorization Number (RMAN) prior to returning any product. We will not accept or claim responsibility for any product returned without a proper RMAN. An RMAN can be obtained by writing to info@boostedtech.com or by contacting customer support by phone.

Secondly, products authorized for return must be in pristine condition and in their original packaging. Air filters can only be returned if they are in their original shrink-wrapping.

Lastly, all returns must be requested within 10 business days from the delivery date noted by UPS (this date can be identified with UPS’ tracking number via www.ups.com). If a return is authorized, we will (1) arrange standard, ground shipping via UPS, (2) e-mail your pre-paid shipping label and RMAN, and (3) deduct UPS’ shipping cost and a 25% restocking fee for each returned product from your refund. When we receive the products and confirm they are in the required condition, the account used to make your purchase will be refunded or, if for any reason that method is unavailable, a check will be issued. Because shipping costs will be charged to our UPS account, the products to be returned must ship within 10 days (not business days) from the date of authorization. If the products are not shipped within 10 days, the authorization will be void and the shipping arrangement will be cancelled.

WARRANTY:
All products are guaranteed, to the original purchaser, to be free from defects in the materials and workmanship prior to installation. This warranty does not cover the standard wear of the product, misuse of the product, faulty installation, or failure of related parts. We also cannot warranty a product if parts or installation accessories other than those provided by or purchased from us are used.

Defective items may be returned for replacement only and are subject to the following restrictions:
1. You must obtain an RMAN prior to returning any product. No return will be accepted without an RMAN.
2. All products must be returned in original condition including packaging, documentation, warranty cards, instructions, and hardware.
3. We reserve all rights for determination and execution for all warranty claims. If a product returned for a warranty claim is found to be non-defective according to the paragraph above, the product will be shipped back to the purchaser at the purchasers cost. The purchaser will have 30 days, from the date we accept the item from the shipper, to coordinate and pre-pay for the shipment of the non-defective item. We hold no responsibility for the damage to or the theft of any item after the 30-days period.

CHECKS:
A personal or business check will be accepted, however, we will hold your order until your check clears.

SALES TAX:
All residents within Los Angeles County, California must pay a sales tax of 8.25%. All residents within California, but outside of Los Angeles County must pay a sales tax of 7.25%. All residents outside of California will not pay a sales tax.

CANCELING ORDERS:
Because we attempt to ship orders promptly, cancellations should be requested in a timely manner by writing to info@boostedtech.com or by contacting customer support by phone. If a cancellation is requested after your order ships, you must follow our return guidelines (above) and will be subject to a 25% restocking fee for each returned product.

PRIVACY:
We take the privacy of our customers very seriously and will not disclose or sell ANY of your personal information to third party companies or individuals.

EMISSIONS DISCLAIMER:
Our products are tested and manufactured to produce maximum performance and we make no claims as to emission performance for street or highway use. Some equipment is not sold for street use in any state or country where state or federal regulations prohibit its use. Check with your local authorities as to which products are legal or not in your area.

COLD-AIR INTAKE DISCLAIMER:
Our cold-air intakes are designed for dry weather conditions only and should not be used in any wet climates or on any wet roads or highways. Failure to comply with this warning may cause water to be absorbed into the engine through the filter, causing serious damage to your motor. We assume no liability for damages to your motor due to water entering your engine through our cold-air intakes.
