Shipping Turnaround: Because our kits are custom built and hand-assembled by us, they take time. Many of the components that make up our kits are supplied by local machine shops, and some out of state vendors. We are reliant on those businesses, and sometimes delays happen. We cannot guarantee shipping times. Some may be same-day, and some may be more than 3 weeks. All we can promise is that we do our very best to ship everything out as quickly as we can. If you have an emergency and need something immediately, please contact us by phone so we can do our best to accomodate within our means.
Warranty: Unless otherwise stated on the invoice, Boosted Technologies parts are warranted for a period of 12 months from the date the product is delivered. A copy of the original dated invoice and dated proof of delivery must accompany any part that is returned because of a warranty claim. During the warranty period, Boosted Technologies will repair or replace, at its discretion, any product found to be defective in material or workmanship. It is the customer’s responsibility to obtain an RMA number from Boosted Technologies before returning any product. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs to us, and the cost of return shipping to the customer will be covered by Boosted Technologies if the the problem is determined to be a warranty issue. In the event of a possible defect in material or workmanship, the responsibility of Boosted Technologies is strictly limited to the repair or replacement of the defective component. Boosted Technologies products are designed to work on stock, unmodified vehicles, as supplied by the original manufacturer. Due to the complexity and variety of modifications possible, Boosted Technologies makes no claims as to the merchantability or fitness of any part. Rather, it is up to the purchaser to determine if the part is compatible with his/her application.

Product Use: The customer is fully responsible for using any parts provided by BT in accordance with emissions laws in the jurisdiction and manner that they choose to operate the vehicle.

Return Policy: All sales are final. Boosted Technologies only accepts returns for exchange for items damaged in transit. Customers must notify Boosted Technologies by telephone of any damaged or defective items within 14 days of delivery to request an RMA number.
