When you look at the dyno charts, if you look for peak numbers alone, you are cheating yourself. The peak numbers only occur in a small time window, at exact RPMs. What really matters is the difference in HP and Torque over the RPM range. That is what you feel when you drive. Think about it this way: Would you rather have 50 more HP for a split second, or would you rather have 50 HP throughout most of your RPM range? Just keep that in mind when comparing dyno numbers, so you make an informed decision. If you would like any further explanation or have any questions, just let us know!

First and foremost I have to give Mark, Rick, and the rest of the crew a job well done. I’ve had this kit on my truck for a week now and can say WOW!! This truck ran well before but had a bad habit of kicking out of overdrive all the time. This made highway driving a chore. Low end power was helped by regearing from 3.55 to 4.10. However there was something missing. This kit was what it was missing. Highway manners are awesome, no more annoying downshift at the slightest incline. Low end torque is well, INSTANT!! It won’t hesitate to turn 35 inch tires or sling some mud. I have a 18ft goose neck trailer and compact tractor I pull on occasion and hope Mark will let me add how that goes next time I need to pull it. I have no doubts the extra torque will make that chore easier as well. The tech support is amazing and the people are real and easy to talk to. If I had 100 of these trucks I would put this kit on all of them. Absolutely filled the gap where this motor needed it.
I can’t give a honest fuel consumption comparison yet due to my inability to keep my foot out of it 🙂 I’m running 6psi @ 1000ft elevation with 3 in pulley. 2006 ram 1500 quad cab 4X4 4.10 gears and 35×12.5 pro comp tires.
    Thanks again,
    Kyle
