Instructions:
- Contact us immediately at 720-644-6432 to schedule a tuning session (the supercharger does not need to be installed for this tuning to take place)
- Sometime prior to the tuning session, click here to download, then install the latest VCM Suite.
- For the tuning session, please have the HP Tuner plugged in to the vehicle and your computer, and your computer connected to the internet.
- Click here for Remote Tuning Assistance, then call us at 720-644-6432 and use the extension provided to you when you scheduled your appointment.
- Please ship this unit back to the address listed below insured for $600 and Direct Signature Required. The unit MUST be delivered back to us no later than 10 days from the date it was delivered to you. A $50/day late fee will be deducted from your refund. This is to insure that we get units back in a timely manner for all our customers. The sooner you can send it back to us, the better result for everyone.
- Tuner will be tested for operation, then $400 (minus any late fees) will be refunded back to your card.
Include this paper in the box with your returned tuner.
