Boosted Technologies is not responsible for improper installation, incidental and consequential damages, property damage, personal injury damages, labor costs, transportation or other incidental or consequential charges; or storage or rental-car charges, to the extent permitted by law in any installation or use of these products.
Our kits are custom built and hand-assembled by us. They take time, and since many of the components that make up our kits are supplied by local machine shops, and some out of state vendors outside of our control, we are reliant on those businesses, and sometimes delays happen and therefore you cannot guarantee any shipping times, which could be same-day or even over 6 months.
All sales are FINAL at time of order placement. No refunds will be given, and returns are only accepted for exchange for items damaged in transit. Boosted Technologies must be notified of any damaged or defective items within 14 days of delivery.
These are challenging times. We are working our hardest to fulfill all orders as soon as possible. If this is not acceptable to you, please purchase from a different company.
